Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Full working knowledge of all interior and exterior Bild Sales Success Systems
• A proven on-site success track record, i.e. occupancy increases and high monthly move-in averages
• Strong community outreach and referral development skills
• A background in teaching, counseling, coaching, or managing is a plus
• Exceptional time and data management skills
