The PIAV measures the WHY of your actions and hidden motivators, leading to an understanding of what drives your behaviors and what makes you take action. Six attitudes are identified and prioritized: Theoretical, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic and Traditional.
The DISC profile provides insight into HOW you work with other people. It determines how you solve problems, interact with other people, the tempo of a working environment you prefer and how you respond to rules and procedures.
