Here is what Bild & Company’s services will provide:
- You identify candidates (If you need help identifying candidates, we can help you recruit talent.)
- We pre-screen candidates for you
- We use the DISC / PIAV Behavioral Assessments and provide you with a 20 minute review on the best candidate for the job: His or her strengths, weaknesses, and areas of urgency to address in your final interview. This should only encompass 30% of the entire hiring decision.
- We have all candidates complete a Motivational DNA test to better understand what motivates them internally, so you can better grasp how to get them to produce results.
- We review all candidates that make the cut with you and give our opinion on who we feel is best suited for the job. We will also make the job offer for you upon request.
