Once your candidate has been officially hired, we can begin the training process for you. We have found that many clients forgo training due to more pressing demands and sales counselors are left to figure things out on their own (which can cost you your bottom line).   Using our New Hire Training & Orientation Program, you can ensure that your new hires fully understand the various stages of the sales process, what tools are available to them to increase their success and bonus potential, as well as increase the company’s new hire retention. Our new hire training program is 90 days and consists of weekly 30 minute training calls.  At the end of 90 days, we turn them back over to you! Here is what the New Hire Training & Orientation Program will entail:
  • Introduction to referral outreach: What is it, why is it important to their success, how do they fit it into a complex schedule, who do they reach out to, how often do they go, what do they do while there, how do they ask for the referrals, and what do they do once they get the them.
  • Introduction to the inquiry process:  Why is lead capture so important and why are 40% of all incoming leads lost?  How to best engage a solid back up team for stronger lead capture, how to use the Inquiry Connection Sheet to convert over 75% of phone inquiries into on-site visits, what to do with walk in leads, how to establish prospects’ needs, build value, and ASK for the appointment, today or tomorrow.  Also learn what to do when prospects object and the importance of scheduling the next step in the process.
  • Introduction to the visit experience:  Why is the visit experience so important and how is it different than a “tour?”  We will share the importance of pre-planning visits, engaging residents, staff, and One Extras to improve the odds of closing by 70%!  New hires will have specific tools to create unforgettable, WOW moments for prospects walking through your door.
  • Introduction to turn key follow up:  We will help sales counselors understand the most common mistakes made during follow up efforts and why less than 22% of all prospects buy.  We will introduce a step-by-step follow up process that should be used within the first 30 days of engaging with a qualified lead. New hires will learn a multi-media approach that engages prospects and create strong value in regards to their community.
  • Introduction to closing:  We will spend a good amount of time on closing skills and the importance of working harder and smarter in the beginning to ensure the final steps go much smoother!  Solid follow up tools will be provided that address finances, the real estate market, economic meltdown, family dynamics and more.
  • All new hires trained will receive a certificate of completion.
At the conclusion of our training program, we will complete a Bild Assessment on the new sales counselor and outline areas where he or she should excel, need additional training focus, and more.  Should you need to bring our services back on at any time, we can assist as needed.
