Our on-site sales specialists are trained on the Bild Sales Systems and will serve as your marketing director on your behalf, as a member of your team, and in turn drive on-site traffic and move ins. The marketing director will work hand in hand with you to communicate the status of your sales process, sales team accomplishments and occupancy and revenue goals. No need to worrry about work not getting accomplish, leads not followed up on, lost sales sales momentum or a drop in occupancy.
The Bild & Company on-site sales specialist will do the following:
- Internal Sales – use BILD Sales Systems to move all current sales forward
- Use follow up systems to contact database leads and set agreed upon next steps
- Work in the community and with outreach and referrals scheduling on-site visits, home visits, etc
- Focusing on sales and increasing move ins for increased unit census
- The idea is for the sales counselor to be outside in the field visiting as many prospects as possible, often times working from car and/or apartment
- Provide a motivational boost the team needs to adapt to a “100% Occupancy” mindset and sales centered team focus
- Work alongside current sales team once weekly to further implement and hold accountable the current team’s sales activity and focus on skills necessary to improve conversions as well as increase activity
