Here is an example of what we will do as your Regional for Hire:
- Coach: Our Bild certified coach will call each building within your portfolio weekly and conduct a 30 minute coaching session. We will use what’s called a “Conversion Matrix” to determine where to put focus. Being that sales is a science, if the buildings not full; there’s a reason: Either there’s not enough traffic, the traffic that’s coming in is being mismanaged, the communities inquiry to tour conversions is low, or their visit to move in conversions is not where it should be. We will look at the evidence for EACH building and begin to focus on those areas that need fine tuning.
- Evaluate: We will look at conversion ratios weekly and ensure they are where they should be. Our goal is to ensure communities have the tools needed to convert 60%+ of all inquiries to tours and 50% of all on-site visits to move ins. In addition to conversions, we will work closely with your sales team to develop a strong referral Circle of Influence and begin the critical work of driving traffic through strong referral relations.
- Report: Each month we will provide you with a progress review that outlines the specific coaching focus and progress with each building. We will also do a group call with management to discuss the review, successes, challenges, areas of focus, etc. Communication is critical and these calls bring everyone from the corporate team up to speed and fully in tune to what their buildings are working on with us. In short, we become an extension of you!
