A complete sales audit includes:
- Environmental Scan: Review of the community and the physical property itself as well as your top competitors to identify the differentiating factors, competitive advantages or disadvantages, current sales strategies by each and more.
- Sales Scan: Review of the entire sales process currently in place to determine areas of opportunity. We will review and critique the entire staff and determine for how sales and follow-up procedures are handled during the day, nights and on weekends.
- Operational Scan: Review operations to identify areas of opportunity as we work to fill the building. This will include interviews with staff, residents and if approved family members of residents.
- Reputation Scan: We will sample referral sources within your local market to establish what the community’s reputation is and determine how it’s perceived to prospective residents and their families as well as what is needed to obtain additional referrals.
