Online Training

We know that sometimes you need to a little refresher to what you have learned with the Bild Sales Systems.  We know there are only so many hours in the day, so Bild & Company has created online training modules to give you a jump start if you are new to the systems or a little refresher if that’s what you need. The Bild Online Training Center is a self-guided course that teaches the fundamentals of the proven Bild Sales System specifically designed for the senior living industry. Founder Traci Bild and COO Julie Podewitz are your teachers through the four core modules:

• The Inquiry Process
• The Visit Experience & Closing
• Follow-Up & Closing
• Outreach

Each module is broken up into a series of short daily video segments, each covering a specific topic. Each topic is followed up with a competency quiz for verification of skills learned. The core modules are supplemented with audios, interviews, and written materials that reinforce the skills taught in the modules. Instructor e-mail support is included.
